About

The Blue Valley Tranquil Arc Owners Welfare Association (BVTA) was formed by the community, for the community — a collective of proactive plot owners who came together to protect, maintain, and develop our layout when the original developer stepped away before full completion.

What began as an informal group addressing basic upkeep has now grown into a formal, self-governed association focused on fulfilling the promise of a fully developed and livable neighborhood. Our mission is rooted in transparency, inclusiveness, and progress — ensuring every owner has a voice and a shared stake in how the community evolves.

Our key focus areas include:

• Accelerating the development of core infrastructure (roads, electricity, drainage, and parks)
  
  

• Managing ongoing maintenance to uphold the beauty and safety of the layout
  
  

• Representing owners in legal, regulatory, and planning matters with public authorities
  
  

• Fostering trust and participation across owners — both local and remote — to build a strong community spirit
